A number of people have asked me why I am no longer active on the CiX Bulletin Board. The answer is simply this.......

I was bullied off by a number of Liberal Democrat types who carried out a sustained campaign of censorship, abuse, harrassment and hate-mail against me over a period of four years.

I think it's a fair assessment to say that I won most of the arguments that the Lib-Dems tried to suppress over the years. The hate-mail started over the matter of Britain's departure from the EU. This argument goes on, but it appears the case for leaving which I have been advancing since 1993, is stronger than ever. I think it will happen.

Mark Ynys Mon, the cause of all the trouble, originally tried censorship as a tactic to shut me up in November 1999 when I adavanced an argument that was treated as heresy at the time - that the Millennium Dome was a complete waste of money. Yet that's a mainstream view now!

It is to the eternal shame of CiX management that they eventually supported the bullying crew in their campaign against me by forbidding me from fighting back.

I popped back in there for a couple of weeks recently - all free of course - don't want to be giving them any money - and, oh dear!

CiX is almost dead - it is now reduced to a handful of bigoted morons agreeing with each other about how fabulous their egos are whilst insulting and harassing anyone whose face doesn't happen to fit their clique.

There are still some nice people around of course, but most, like me, have left - some of their own volition, and some, like me, bullied off.

So it's dying, partly as a result of the membership itself, and partly as a result of arseholic management.

A shame.
